INTROSPECT  is an interactive app prototype. I wanted to create a digital journaling app that is unique from other journaling apps because it also offers a safe, calm space to keep track of one's mental health from day to day. The logo is a hand holding a mirror to tie into this concept of taking the time from a busy day to reflect. I had the idea because I love to journal, but don't carry my journal with me on the go and therefore fall behind on entries and miss writing about important things.
